The work is to see all of that clearly, make the call, and leave with a plan you can hand to the people who will help you carry it out.
I’m Lauren. No bench of consultants, no handoffs. I started this practice because the owners I most wanted to work with weren’t looking for another playbook. They were carrying a decision alone and needed someone neutral to think it through with. If that’s where you are, this is who it’s for.
